Q) What connector does the projector use?
A) Standard VGA 15-pin or HDMI. If the presentation on your laptop is only Display port or mac you will need an adapter. Please let us know if you are stuck as we can generally source components for the evening.
Q) Is there a PA system and mic?
A) Yes, we provide a PA system and wireless handheld mic but you are welcome to bring along lapel kit.
Q) How long are the talks?
A) We try and keep talks ~45mins + Q&A. However, there is flexibility especially if there is strong audience participation.
Q) Is there parking near the venue?
A) Yes, The Oracle main car park. Please note its advisable not to leave anything of value on view in your vehicle.
Q) What refreshment facilities are available at the venue?
A) Zero Degrees provides full bar facilities and also does some great food. Anything from bar snacks to freshly made pizza and on-site brewed beer!
Q) What time does the event end?
A) Generally around 9:30pm but many of us hang around afterwards to socialise.
